Here you can download version 0.02beta of the free (OpenSource) BF2Players.net Game Launcher that enables you to quickly join a BF2 server
by just clicking a link like this:

Core features:
- Easy to install, easy to use
- Strong password encryption
- Alternatively prompt for password not saving it on disk
- Multilingual (currently German and English)
- Mod-support for BF2 to instantly load the correct mod
- User defined conditions (ping, free slots) a server must fulfill to join
- Speeding up the BF2-login by wiping the BF2 server history (optional)
- Copying game server IP:Port to clipboard when joined (optional)

- New feature allowing to turn off/on the music BF2 plays while loading the map
- Replaced BF2 commandline parameter "+userName" by "+playerName", this should fix some trouble with account login
- Fixed a problem that caused BF2P-Launcher to freeze for some seconds before starting to check/join the game server
- The encrypted password(=binary data) is now base64-encoded in order to save it to the .INI configuration file
