By installing the IRC bot script to your bot (e.g. Eggdrop) you can use

• BF2Players.net - Battlefield 2 player search
• BF2Players.net - Battlefield 2 game server search
• All your buddy lists
• All your server filters to find best Battlefield 2 game servers for playing

and make your bot track BF2 aktivity of some of your buddies within your IRC channels!

For installing this script to your eggdrop (available at http://www.eggheads.org/ or maybe even shipped with your Linux distribution), just download and extract it to your eggdrop's scripts directory and add the following line to eggdrops' configuration file:

Edit the file bf2players.tcl using your favourite text editor and read all the notes carefully before sending the rehash command to your eggdrop!

Currently, this script is in a beta testing state and was not tested that much - bugs may occur! For test and development environment, the eggdrop and Debian Linux operating system have been used. There are no experiences in using the BF2Players.net IRC-Query script within any different environment!
